High 5's Reservation Request Form

To request a reservation for a specific event, please fill out the following form and click "submit," or download a PDF of the Group Order Form. Once your reservation is received, we'll call or e-mail you to confirm. As with all High 5 tickets, your requested event is limited to availability. If we cannot reserve the number of ticket you've requested, we'll work with you to try and get you into another show, or we'll work with the organization to try and secure your party enough space.
